I wish to thank Shallam for the recent laws it has publicly announced,
the result of which is a massive influx of Chaos within Shallam. I had
not expected Shallam to so eagerly embrace Chaos, however inadvertent it
may have been from their leadership. But, results are results, and I can
only smile and bless Shallam for handing itself over to Me so
enthusiastically. I hereby officially welcome Shallam to the Fourth
Stage of Chaotic Manifestation. Those who have read the The Sacred Chao
or studied the Great Erisian Pyramid will know what I'm talking about.

Now, I shall sit back and await the paper shortage.
