To the concerned city-states,

Oakstone is in no way attempting to claim sovereignity over various
city-states. You will note, enemy status to Oakstone and the forest does
not have any effect on your citizens whilst they reside within city
walls. They can even return to visit the earth they blackened and
burned.

However, as far as Oakstone is concerned those who see fit to desecrate
such land anywhere, are quite simply, not welcome within the forest.
