Green One. You and yours have no authority whatsoever within Mhaldor-
whether that is within the city proper, within its subdivision, or in
the surrounding island that yet remains part of the Territory of
Mhaldor. You may make whatever claims you wish. I do not dictate the
behaviours of your followers within their chosen home, and if you
attempt to do so with Mine, you will be doing your children a grave
disservice.
