Greetings Imperiate of Cyrene,

It has come to my attention that you, whos position soley exists to
relax some of the burden I carry, have fallen into doubt about the
usefullness of the position of myself. You also seem to be confused
about my role. Let me explain:
I am not merely a leader of Cyrene, nor do I wish to be. I am more, and
less at times. I am here to guide and direct you, not to be voted for or
against. I am the Leader of ALL the States of Sapience, so that we might
cooperate better, and come to a better understand between all peoples.

It has also been brought to me that I might carry hardship against some
of they City-States I may have attacked in the past (I know! How can it
be?) I assure you that all of my past transgressions against all cities
is in the past, for now I wish to unite, not divide, and strengthen us
as a whole, not weaken us in parts.
