A few months ago a Novice of the Arcanists was killed
while exploring your city by one of your citizens. When
Daare a Secretary of the Arcanists tried to find out what
happened he was referred to you, and then told by you
that Martial Law has been declared within Mhaldor. This
is news to me. I am not sure when exploring Mhaldor was
made officially off limits to those not of that city, but a
post indicating that non-citizens are not welcomed would
be most appreciated.

Novices are encouraged to explore, if your city is
now seeing fit to enemy and kill Novices for entering
Mhaldor that should be made known to all of us via a
public post.

I will spare you and all those reading this post any
further discussion concerning how sad things have
become that our Novices are now at risk for simply
exploring.
