Cyrene's Policy Against Certain Groups

This is my first public post and wouldn't have
made it if I didn't feel like my city has
been targetted without all information.
What hasn't been mentioned in any of these
posts is that while Cyrene does not allow
those of certain orders/faiths to be citizens
of our fair city, it never has place any restriction
on whom may enter the city other than those who
have committed crimes against its citizens while
in the city. A perfect example were the Infernals/
Maldaathi. After the fall of the Iron Citadel, many
Infernals took some refuge in Cyrene, the one city
at the time were they were not shunned away. Those
of others orders have been similarly allowed access into
Cyrene to visit shops and conduct activities. There has
been no denial of entry into Cyrene for non-enemies.
While I do not completely agree with not allowing
the relevant groups to become citizens, making threats
against our city is not the answer. Strike up
negotiations and make them workable. Saying
'Do this or else we will attack you' is not the way to
go about it. There are those in Cyrene who agree with
you, and you will only anger them if you go about
this the way it seems to be going. We will protect
our city first, and then worry about if our laws
are wrong later.
