For several years, I have tried to peacefully negotiate with Cyrene in
the hopes of unraveling its prejudicial stance against those who choose
to follow the philosophies of Chaos. To their credit, several senators
have expressed agreement but, unfortunately, no policy change was made.
No good reason was ever given except a vague statement that the founders
of Cyrene were devoted Church members and their policies of
discrimination reflect its founders' wishes. Although I was told that
"Cyrene stands against Evil, Darkness and Chaos", I was never given a
good reason why specifically they chose to discriminate against Chaos
specifically.

In light of the Cyrene's prejudice against not only Chaos but also War,
I stand by the followers of My Beloved Husband in their request to allow
citizenship in Cyrene and its guilds to followers of War. I also request
the same of the followers of Chaos. If not, I shall join with the
Aegians in war against Cyrene.
