Hullo, hello Sapience!
Most of you, if you have read the histories, are aware that there was,
at one time, a devastating, terrible catastrophe to befall the
city-state of Hashan. This catastrophe was later named "The Firestorm
Incident" and has since shaped much of Hashan's society. Now, in this
day and age, the Seneschal of Hashan, Calla, is going to build a museum
in Hashan, displaying Hashan's founding, expansion, highs and lows, and
the impacts these things have had upon the modern-day city-state.
I know you are all wondering "What the heck does this have to do with
us?" Well, for my contribution to my city-state, I am writing a journal
about the horrific catastrophe that once befell Hashan. The things I
want to include in this journal are stories, interviews, postings, and
the complete historical happenings of this time (what led up to the
event, the event itself, the downfall of the event, the trial, the
aftermath, and reconstruction).
So, what do I need from you? Simple! If you lived during this event as a
citizen of Hashan, just a bystander, or anyone that was directly
involved in this catastrophe and would like -your- story to be written
into the journal, please send me a letter with your story (and please
sign it!). Do the same for any essays or anything of the sort that you
wrote about the catastrophe. I will be interviewing a good many people,
and I will be sending messages and invitations to those I wish to
interview to set up a time that would be convenient to them. Also, if
you didn't live at that time and would still like to help, any postings
on the subject that you could send me would be very helpful, and I would
give you credit within the journal for your help. I will be consulting
my interviews, stories, postings, and the History of Achaea chronicled
in the Other-Worldly Realm on http://www.achaea.com for the whole of the
catastrophe's happenings.
If you have any more suggestions, please send them to me via message and
I'll be happy to speak with you on them =o))
