I may not know all the facts, but it seems from Molotov's post that he
did in fact offer you war, if refusing to take your suggestion on
forming a clan. In the next post, you state that his order has refused
any war. Perhaps there is some data that I'm unaware of, but this seems
to me an obvious contradiction.
