This is just a short note to inform those who do business within Hashan
that we, in support of the Serpentlords' decision to withdraw from the
venom treaty, will no longer be enforcing the treaty prices in our
shops. For those merchants who wish to sell venoms in their shops in
Hashan, the choice of price is up to you, until such a time comes that a
new treaty can be agreed to by all.
