Greetings Sapience,

As some of you witnessed recently, Hashan recently uncovered an ancient
temple in the southeast section of our city that was dedicated to the
worship of the night. A holy artifact was also recovered, called the
Disc of the Nocturne. Literature found within the temple gave hints to
the purpose of this artifact, and clues to its use. The puzzle was
worked out and the ceremony to invoke the powers of the Disc was
performed, indicating that Darkness was the dominant force in Hashan.

Earlier this month, Lord Twilight lifted the Veil of Darkness that hid
the planets from mortal view, and Lunastra's beauty was able to be seen
by all. At the same moment, the Disc of the Nocturne changed, indicating
that the Moon was the dominant force in Hashan. Our Patron was changed
accordingly.

It should be noted, however, that while the Lady Ourania is the
'official' Patron of Hashan, we actually have three Patrons. Hashan is
the City of the Night, and is Patroned by the Triad of the Night. Each
is just as important as the Others, and All are recognized equally by
Hashan's citizens.
