Caelan has been permanently enemied to Oakstone and the forests.
Oakstone took this action as a result of Caelan being caught harvesting
bloodroot to 0, then replanting one bloodroot. As a result of this
action, the concoctions skill of Lastharvest is stymied and it shows the
last harvester as Unknown. This has been occuring with moss and
bloodroot recently, as well as 1 location with valerian. Our
investigation led to irrefutable proof of Caelan's actions. Atlas was
permanently enemied a number of years ago for the same crime.

Oakstone will diligently and fervently investigate any activities like
this that show disregard for the gifts of Nature and we will punish
those responsible.
