Role-playing and skills

Great Sarapis has spoken regarding the truth that in a role-playing situation mobiles and npcs can be considered living entities the same as players. If indeed this is the case might it not make sense to have our current player-focused guildskills work also on the npcs? If they are sentient and are to be considered much as players are, is it not possible to be able to use the same skills on them?

This might also reduce the complaining as, unlike those who dwell in the other realm for periods of time, the npcs live permanently in the realm and accept Achaea wholeheartedly, regardless of its current state of peace or conflict.
My 2 sovereigns worth.

Penned by my hand on the 6th of Mayan, in the year 197 AF.
