Sefyric Song of Death

Sing, oh Sefyric siren, sing!
Take my heart, my mind, my breath...
Your song, to me, is not as bad,
as the world above, harsh and mad.

Sink, oh bell of mine, sink!
Take me to the wine-dark depth...
Of painful sorrows, I wish no more,
let me rest upon the ocean floor.

Sigh, oh Sefyric siren, sigh!
The mortal world, I have left...
Another soul has come to thee,
to drown in the eternal sea.

Penned by my hand on the 7th of Phaestian, in the year 569 AF.
