Second in the series

~*The Lust Card*~

I cannot gaze on violet hues
Without feeling stinging nettle;
Memory, a kiss from you
The sweetest taste of molten metal.
As a student, missing work,
For all the letters bring you back;
The sable of your hair asserts
That no onyx shines so black.
Looking, lonely, at the sun
Is peering, fixed, into your eyes;
For no other brightness, none!
Rivals your own, even the skies!
Hearing whispers in the trees
Brings back to me your lovely voice
The mouthing of that secret breeze
That drowned out all the raucous noise.
I ever find myself distracted
By these lovely satin tethers
All my wants and joys compacted...
Please! Distract me for, forever!

Penned by my hand on the 1st of Lupar, in the year 447 AF.
