Shattered

When the vase hits the floor
You can try to shift blame.
When the vase hits the floor
It still shatters the same.

When the mirror's image breaks
Your life's shards falling free.
When the mirror's image breaks
That's the place where you must be.

When the window crashes down
Perspective quickly takes a turn.
When the window crashes down
It's your turn to quickly learn.

When the glasses break apart
The lenses broken, the glass lined.
When the glasses break apart
You realise you were always blind.

Penned by my hand on the 19th of Mayan, in the year 411 AF.
