Circumlocution

Allow me then, to stumble down
The mountain where my faith is found
At your request, in fact to help
Prove your own point to your own self:
You speak of tragic, teary truths
Which mayhap spring from early youth
Where all wore masks and whispered lies,
Abandoned you per alibis.
This judgement firm and ringing loud
Is veracity, without a doubt!
Of course you know the boat we're in--
Why, socially we're nearly twins!
This must be the Powers' will:
Make us devoid of social skills.
And though, you say, best not to trust
Don't point your lack of friends at us.
Now on! with lack of subtlety
Past friends, your fallow love is seen.
(Yours doesn't last, know what I mean?)
Of course, I did indeed expect
Again, since youth a frigid bed,
And blow by blow and inch by inch
You fight to make the women flinch.
Hell, fight to make them move at all!
"Lady, laughing makes desires fall!"
Take my advice to prove your worth:
When it comes to love, it's ladies first.
And now, we come to heavy plots:
Assertions after others' thoughts.
Of course, you're right, the weak will fail
The mighty shall command the frail.
You ought practice what you preach
And honestly, I love to teach,
And with that I will be so bold:
Shup up, you fool, and know your role.
Penned by my hand on the 4th of Mayan, in the year 400 AF.
