Lullaby

Written by: Capra Lyricus Tewdrig Darkmist, Tantric Troubadour
Date: Tuesday, June 14th, 2005
Addressed to: A Lyrical Arabesque in Verse, Arwyn Lunael the Classic Dilettante

Deep in the garden
the fireflies are out
Waltzing in the wind
The City sleeps
there's no one about
Above the planets spin
Wrapped up in silk
you drift off to dream
Darling close your eyes
I'll watch you as
the soft moon beams
Hum this lullaby
Theres nothing else
I'd rather do
On a night so clear
So I'll fall asleep
to the rhythm of you
Breathing in my ear

Penned by my hand on the 19th of Mayan, in the year 394 AF.
