Lady of the Woods

Lady of the Woods

Spirit of the wood.
Green hair billowing out behind a pixie's smile.
Cease your nervous flitting
And stay with me a while.

Mistress of the trees.
Your melody like wind amongst the leaves.
Let me share in the magic that
Your perfect body weaves.

Maid of the forest.
Made of the forest.
Daughter of oak and of willow.
Come to me and rest your head
Upon my shoulder's pillow.

Lady of the Land.
By the sun enriched, refreshed by rain.
Cease this dance you lead.
Lie in my arms again.

Penned by my hand on the 22nd of Chronos, in the year 394 AF.
