Poem on metamorphosis

Metamorphosis
Morphing from form to form
Staying as a human
Is really not the norm

The busy-tailed squirrel
Foraging for food
Digging the soil around him
Looking for something good

Powers is the syntax
To see what you can do
Not knowing your abilities
Makes you look like a fool

Small untamed feline
Thats what the wildcat is
But dont mess with this animal
Or your head will be on his dish

The wary white wolf
Biting with its teeth
He eats anything he finds
Be it chicken lamb or beef

The aquatic turtle
Swimming in the seas
Hell bring you to the next shore
For just a little fee

The little black jackdaw
Flying here and there
Its small wings and blue eyes
With his skin which is so fair

The quick footed cheetah
Sprinting all around
To all four directions
Even up and down

The wisest bird of prey
That is the owls name
Knowing just everything
Thats where it got its fame

Vicious stealthy hyena
Walking with a laugh
But dont mess with its claws
Or itll claw you into half

The huge bird named Condor
Flying with its wings
Spying the place around him
It may just bring some good thing

The cute burrowing gopher
Just below the ground
Using just a shovel
He can then be found

The slow ponderous sloth
Working not so fast
Judging him on this
Is really too unjust

The silent basilisk
Magical beast of lore
Paralysis and Stupidity
Thats what your in for

The mighty grizzly bear
Blocking the passageway
If you dare provoke him
Your skin will turn to fray

Bonding has more rapport
With the spirit within you
Trying to force him out
Your being quite a fool

The delicate nightingale
Singing a melodious song
No one will want attack him
Even the huge king kong

Largest of land animals
Thats what the elephant is
Yanking you with his trunk
Dont play with the might of his

Transmorph quickens morphing
Morphing from form to form
No need to turn back human
It is now not the norm

The vicious wolverine
Burrowing nine levels deep
With just a swipe of his claws
Your brain is his to keep

The powerful stealthy jaguar
Quick on the feet
With just a single maul
No one is too hard to beat

The king of all flighted birds
The eagle that is him
With the nightsight skill
The dark is not so dim

Powerful and primate Gorilla
He can powerfully pound
However there is one condition
The enemy must be bound

Awesome mythical Icewyrm
Imbued with magical powers
If it really wants to
It can freeze two towers

Obtaining a greater affinity
With an animal spirit
Your endurance drain is lessened
This is the skills merit

The cousin of the dragons
That is what the wyvern is called
But they wont know his powers
Until they are mauled

Truemorph of transcendant
The greatest skill of all
Morphing instantaneously
Giving a clarion call
