Perfection

Perfection can be beautiful, my child...
But only if you let it free.
Don't let it gnaw, don't let it run wild...
Let it pay tribute on a single bent knee.

Let loose all your bounds,
Let loose all the hounds.
Let loose all the sadness of your world.

Do everything wrong, just for a day.
Just then, let nothing go your way.
Do everything wrong, damn perfection to hell.
Let the hope from inside you, deep in it's well
Come out, come out, and ring to the skies,
While at your feet, perfection lies.

Penned by my hand on the 18th of Valnuary, in the year 364 AF.
