Remembering the Memories

Written by: Paine's Midnight Stalker, Nawtika Mendacis, Dangerous Flirt
Date: Saturday, May 22nd, 2004
Addressed to: Tarot-Flingin' Fool, Paine Mendacis

You know me, like I know you

Open eyes, closed hearts

The world is too cruel

Everything is broken glass

One wrong step and you'll bleed

But the world ain't up to you and me

We just flow

Free

Can't you see?

We aren't really free, just a memory

No one will remember who we were

Or what we did

'Cause the end is forever my friend

The darkness is all around

No wonder why we can't breathe

Stifling society

We're just going to be forgotten

That's all we'll be

A lost memory

Penned by my hand on the 19th of Daedalan, in the year 364 AF.
