I once had love,
now it is lost.

It brought me joy,
but at high cost.

When I thought I could love again,
they broke my heart and brought me pain.

Now once more I stand alone,
emotions as cold as stone.

I try to leave the pain and strife,
as I walk the lonesome road of life.
