Just a small piece I wrote while on the Cyrene Pantheon Balcony again.


As I sit and contemplate my life
I feel the demons raging in my head once again
Fighting to be free
Infecting my brain
Screaming in my ears

Caged for so many years
Now rising with extreme fire
Burning with rage
Clawing thru my skull
Taking me over

My mental stability now failing
Losing all clarity as the beast forms
One glance in the mirror and I know,
I have changed...changed to a being that was once silenced

All humanity now bleeding from my soul
A heart once again turned bitter

I love no one, and in the end...I have the same in return.
