Calliope, spirit of the Aureliana, led a ritual within the heart of the
Aureliana forest with the sister spirits of nine other forests and
members of the Council of Oakstone earlier this month. Present from
Oakstone were the hierophant Nayuu, Mysterion, Hart, Delphinus, Sardaug,
Eurulis, Esther, Ashadra, Kaiya, Laren, and Evans.

Involving the willing sacrifice of a guardian wolf, the ritual aimed,
successfully, to divert some of the power from the current forest
defenses to a greater bond between Oakstone and Nature, allowing
Oakstone to sense harm done to the forests via necromancy or elemental
fires as well as channelling healing power to damaged forests beyond the
mainland.
