To shine a light on some adjacent issues

We've just loaded up two more changes to the conquest system:

- Beacons can now only be requested every two days instead of one. This is to make it less of an every day thing for everyone. We may reduce this to three depending on how things look. Note that this is retroactive and will go off of the last time you requested a beacon.

- The battle resolution mechanics have undergone some adjustments. Previously, if your territory was adjacent to an area you'd flip that territory; in practice this was just dissuading people from raising beacons in those areas because they knew they could just be feeding their enemies territory. Thus, you can only flip territory in that way now if the area involved is also a part of your military doctrine (so functionally imposing a hard cap on the number of areas you consider valuable enough for that). If you don't have a doctrine but do have an adjacent area, you'll receive some spirit instead.
