I have coded a lottery system (which will eventually be expanded to
allow cities, guilds, orders, and clans to hold their own lotteries).

I have also opened the first lottery! First Prize: Free admission to the Achaea 2000 Meet (meaning your housing, breakfasts, lunches, and paintballing is paid for), plus $300 contributed to your travel expenses. Second through 5th prizes are credits.
