Alongside more player ideas, we've just put in a huge number of bugfixes
across the realms! I've included a sampling of the more pertinent ones
below the ideas.

IDEAS

- TELLS, RETELL, and RT are now considered safe for abilities for
implanting/splicing/ other channeled abilities

- Voting tallies are now shown in posts from the Political
Administrator.

- TRANSLATE <document> TO LANGUAGE has been added. Note: this takes a
long time!

- CONFIG MSGLOYALSLAIN ON|OFF has been added, allowing you to receive a
message when your loyal has been slain (even when you're online).

- HIGHCLAN LIST has been added, to list all High Clans.

- HERALDRY CHARGE LIST BRIEF has been added for Heralds.

BUGFIXES

- Dead adventurers will no longer continue to travel through an icon if
they die after touching it.

- NAUTHIZ and URUZ now correctly respect the elevation of the target.

- HOUSE CLAN INDUCT now shows a correct error message when attempting to
induct someone who is already in the clan.

- BOIL POT FOR <item> when already boiling will now have the correct
results.

- MESSAGE DELETE ALL will now correctly start at the first unpreserved
message.

- SWING UP while off-balance should no longer show you swinging up.

- Adventurers will now be prompted to AGREE to join a city when asked.

- ENCIPHER and TRANSLATE in Occultism now correctly have an equilibrium
cost.

- BACKSTAB conditions have been fixed, as well as its interactions with
shields.

- VODUN SUMMON will no longer enact city enemying procedures for
unsuccessful summons.

- JOUST/RAM will no longer count wins against those who do not have the
JOUSTING ability in Riding.

- Tekura GRADING and DEMONSTRATE no longer work in Dragonform.

- SOOTHE'ing a mount not loyal to you will now correctly perform the
SOOTHE emote.

- Striking THROAT is now correctly hidden by blackout.

- Party duels now correctly require all participants to be in the arena
staging grounds.

- Snowballs may now only be PACK'ed while on the ground.

- Contracts no longer decrement in defendable rooms outside the city
proper.

- GEBU/GEBO are no longer sketchable on non-shield/armour replicas.

- HIGHLEAP now correctly shows a message to those in the skies with the
leaper when they drop back to the ground.
