Our coding team has been powering through the ideas list, and we're
proud to present another exciting batch of player-submitted ideas!

- We've made some chances to the way Tailoring and Jewellery design
submissions work, adding some new features:
DESIGN LIST - Shows a list of all submitted designs.
DESIGN VIEW <sketch> - View a submitted design.
DESIGN CANCEL <sketch> - Cancel submission, returning design (100g).

- Adventurers now have to AGREE to be inducted into a City or House.

- LETTERLIST now correctly respects seals, enciphering, and languages.

- CONFIG COLOUR MAIL allows you to specify the colour of mail delivery
messages.

- A new order power has been added - titling! Allowing permitted order
ranks to assign titles to other members (Themselves, Members without the
power, Members with the power of a lower order rank.)

- JEWELLERYLIST, a new ability, has been added to the Vision skill.

- LETTERLIST now has an AB file.

- Chess wins are now reflected in STAT STATS. (Tallies start from now,
no retroactive wins.)

- RETELL/RT has been added, allowing adventurers to send a tell to the
last person they sent a tell to.
