Along with a number of bug fixes, two new abilities have been added to
Evileye and Seafaring. Details:

- Evileye now has an ability, SIGHT, that allows an apostate to remove
blindness after a brief period of concentration.

- A new command, HARBOUR INFO, has been added, showing various tidbits
of information about a harbour. Anyone can use this command from within
a harbour room. Those possessing the new Seafaring ability, HARBOURINFO,
can view this information from a ship. Note that viewing this from a
ship without being docked requires a spyglass and knowledge of the
seamark that represents the harbour. If both of these requirements are
met, and you are within a certain distance of the harbour, you can
remotely view the information.

As always, if you encounter any problems with the new changes, please
file a BUG report with as much detail as possible.
