Our most recent set of changes have gone live, and with them a few new
additions of note have been made.

The tmote system has received an update which should help its
usability. No longer will you have to declare all pronouns before a name
with a numeral, as they now function in the same manner as those
following names. If they are not explicitly declared, they will default
to the target of the previous pronoun or the first target if nothing has
been declared.

You will now find yourself able to provide a reason for bank transfers
to an organisational account. In order to provide a reason, you must
transfer at least 1000 gold. This base deposit has also been added as a
requirement for giving a reason when depositing directly into an
organisational account.

Finally, NSTAT CATCHUP should now catch all news boards you have access
to regardless of if you have them ignored or not.

It should be noted that the last two ideas here were brought forth in
The Golden Dais of Creation section of the Achaea forums. If you have
