I have just put in a change to learning, the details are as follows:

Formerly, when teaching lessons to another adventurer, you would notice
a small increase in your skill rank over time as you gave lessons. This
was all well and good for most people until they reached Transcendent in
the ability, after which there was little in the way of rewards.

With this change, you now gain a percentage of a lesson for each batch
of teaching that you engage in. Once the threshold is met, you will be
granted a lesson, which you can invest in any skill you would like.

If you happen to be teaching your protege or a member of your house, you
will receive increased credit towards these lessons.

Some notes/comments about this change:
- The rate at which you gained skill ranks and now gain lessons is
identical, unless you are taking advantage of the bonus above.
- In order to receive the bonus, you must be teaching in groups of at
least 15 lessons.
