I have recently put in some changes to the way that breath weapons work
for Dragoncraft. The intention of this change is to make the playing
field a little more even across the spectrum, removing the perceived
necessity for players to chose certain colours to be effective in
various aspects of combat. The details are as follows:

- Gold and Red dragons have had their base damage increased slightly,
and have had the chance of their secondary effects triggering increased.

- Black dragons have had their base damage increased significantly.

- Blue dragons have had their secondary effect chance increased on
BLAST, but decreased for BREATHRAIN/STREAM/STORM.

- Green dragons have had their base damage reduced slightly.

We will be monitoring these changes over the coming weeks and making
tweaks needed.
