The CTF is over, and Ashtan has successfully defended its guardianship
over the Effigy of Victory with another win. Congratulations to Ashtan!

As promised in Announce #3046, each city's leader was also given a
number of Mayan crowns in the amount of their city's score. rounded up,
divided by 1000, to do with as they wish. Furthermore, Poergh and Khaz,
the first to locate a CTF flag and the first to uproot an enemy flag
respectively, were awarded 10 Mayan crowns each as well as special
commemorative CTF flags. Congratulations to all!

The CTF may be over, but there's more fun coming next weekend - the IRE
12-year-anniversary Great Hunt with double xp, with more surprise prizes
