A thousand pardons. My timezone converter misled me, and Announce #3046
regarding the CTF time was in error. It will still be held at 11pm GMT
on Saturday, September 5th. However, the conversions to other time zones
were off. It will be at 4pm PDT (not 3pm), and 7pm EDT, and 9am in
Sydney, Australia. Announce #3046 has been corrected. Hopefully this
will be more of a boon than a bother to most.

The CTF will still last for 2 RL hours, meaning it will end at 1am GMT
Sun Sep 6th, which is Sat Sep 5th 6pm PDT, 9pm EDT, and 11am for Sydney.
