Greetings all,

Along with the normal slew of minor typo and bug fixes, the following
major changes have been made as a result of requests or bugs:

Organisational Help Scrolls
---------------------------

New permission called "Leader" for all organisations except Oakstone
(since Oakstone doesn't have a single Leader).
Maritime ministries in Cities can now restrict scrolls with the
permission "Maritime".
Organisation Leaders can read all help scrolls for their organisation
and any clans owned by the organisation. In the case of clans owned by
Oakstone, all Hierophants can read the clan help scrolls.
Organisation leader is defined as a House Leader (Ascendent/Oligarch in
the case of Triumvirate/Oligarchy), Church Archprelate, Order Head, Clan
Leader, or City Ruler.

Wormholes
---------

You must now be on the ground to use WORM SPLICE, WORM WARP, and WORM
VORTEX. Passing through a wormhole remains unchanged and will, as
before, deposit you at ground level.

Two handed weapons
------------------

You can now unwield a two handed weapon with either UNWIELD LEFT or
UNWIELD RIGHT, regardless of which hand you wielded it with in the first
place.

Serpent Loyals
--------------

Changing class to serpent or quitting your House should now leave you
with the correct type of serpent loyal.

you can, including what syntax you used, what you expected to see, and
what you actually saw.
