Effective immediately, a revised set of forum rules has been posted.
While most of the rules remain unchanged, please do read over the entire
set if you make use of the forums.

Additions/changes of note:

- Rule #1 is now "Achaea-related discussion only".

- Previously, we did not allow posting of harassment issues. In Rule #2,
you will now find that we no longer allow posting of ANY two-party
issues unless both parties have given explicit consent.

- Rule #3 - "Communication with administration on the forums" is a
revised version of the pre-existing rule "No personal requests/wishes of
the admins."

- Official warnings will now increase your warning level by 20% each,
with a permanent, irrevocable ban at 100%. This means you have five
strikes until you're out. If you were already over five strikes prior to
this change, and the change jumped you to 100%, you will be allowed one
more warning prior to a ban.

- You can still appeal warning level increases, but you must now do so
within 7 days of your warning.
