Updates to Seafaring

A more detailed report on what has changed in Seafaring recently:

- Addition of Rigging and Dodging abilities, as mentioned in the
previous post.
- Addition of Weaponenhancement and Ammoenhancement abilities in the
Weapons specialisation. The Weaponenhancement ability allows you to
improve your shipboard weapons' firing speed. The Ammoenhancement
ability allows you to envenom your wardiscs and to dip your star-shots,
chain-shots, and shafts in a liquid called dragon's tears, which give
those munitions an additional ability to set decks, sails, and personnel
in flames.
- The Sealegs ability is now dependent on Seafaring skillrank. The
higher your skillrank, the better your sealegs.
- The Command ability/specialisation now speeds your crew order balance
when you captain a ship.
- The "Watch" ability which allows you to climb to the crow's nest is
now called "Mast", and now both Deckhand and Watch specialisations have
access to it. (Formerly, only the Watch specialisation did.)
- Crossing a plank, grappling another ship, and shipwho are all now
Seafaring abilities.
- You must now be in the rigging or the crow's nest of a ship in order
to maintain the sails.
- Salvageops, a Deckhand specialisation ability, is in. Allows you to
salvage another ship that has been sunk.
- Shipcloak is working as a seaspell. Ship displace has been renamed
Wavecall and now functions as a seaspell as well.
- The various ship manoeuvre statuses (steadygoing, evasives, et cetera)
now have more implications, ranging from effects on ship
sailing/rowing/turning speed to crew order balance to how likely they
are to drift while not moving.
- You can now fill a bucket with water while on the deck of any ship. In
addition to an empty bucket, you also need a rope commodity in hand. The
syntax is the same: FILL BUCKET WITH WATER, and it will take additional
balance.
- Many trees-related abilities fixed to work with rigging, such as
noose, deathfromabove, treewatch, et cetera. Not all ARE meant to work
with rigging, though.
- Dozens of ships and seafaring-related bugs fixed.
