You will notice when you type "score" that citizenship is now in. Currently
citizenship is simply a matter of deciding to join a city and getting a god
to make you a citizen of that city. This is just a temporary measure, but
those of you interested in becoming citizens of Ashtan or Shallam should
speak to a God about it.
