No, that is not what I am referring to.

I refer to the persecution of Hashan by werewolves and other such
creatures. A persecution that was not pressed upon Ashtan or
Shallam when THEIR cities were founded. As for preaching of the
destruction of Groves and Forestland, I didn't hear any Druids
or Sentinals offering an alternate solution. I heard of no
attempt by the forests protectors to form some sort of compromise
to those who needed a refuge from Shallam and Ashtan. Hashan
did not ask to be attacked, and was offered no other solution
except to give up. And Hashanites may compromise, but we don't
give up.
