I'll not speak of your contorted views toward everything in your post, but I will correct you upon the meaning of Darkness.

First off, Darkness lives by a simple rule. Us & Them. You are not one of Us, thusly, have no idea who We are. If you'd like a more in depth description of Us and what We are, then I'd suggest that you make haste to the Obelisk of Darkness within Hashan. Within its sacred halls, you'll find obsidian plaques that give detailed explanations of Us and Them. If you are unable to comprehend them, then that only furthers my point that you are not knowledgeable of Us, and should not speak as if you are.

Further, the Death's Heart incident. My Father will never put me into a situation that I am not willing to be in. This is rule #1 of the Family of Darkness. It is very public, even published in a Tome that sits on the streets of Hashan - If it harms none of the Family, do what you will. It was written by Sharbrena, the Cleric of Darkness, and she will tell you the same if you seek her out within the Temple of Twilight near Ashtan.

There is neither "good" nor "bad" in Darkness. We are above these simple terms. We exist within the Netherworld, where the majority of mortal rules and terms do not apply. Perhaps you should seek to become one of Us. For then and only then can you understand who We are.
