Perhaps that is why you did not get along with the Church then. Your solution to the problem would be to ensure the death of yourself and the innocents of your city by throwing your life away against an opponent you have almost no hope of beating one on one, in order that you may then brag about your honour. Of course, in the meantime, your citizens are being murdered and raped and their homes destroyed. Personally, and this is my My personal opinion, I don't see that as anything but a lack of honour, as to all those truly possessing honour, protection of the innocents should be the first order of business.
