Wellspring? Well, no

Ensign Ksha,
Recently I returned from a trip to find you complaining on the Public News boards about losing access to the Wellspring. While this was hardly unexpected, I cannot help but feel some disappointment. The place that was once your home is one you have since raided numerous times, destroying property and slaughtering guards and citizens alike. Your contempt for the Court of Shadows has been plain to see, and your actions have amounted to little more than hostility, destruction and death.
It comes as no surprise, then, that your plea for renewed access to the Wellspring has been brought before the Public Domain in the form of a chest beating tally of slaughter. You show no interest in Progress, in advancement, in experimentation, in ritual or in the science that underpins Alchemy. Instead, you treated it as nothing more than a tool to bring violence to a conflict in which you had no rightful place.
Were you in good standing with the Court, perhaps a case could be made for granting you access once more. As matters stand, you are far from it. In truth, the depths of that standing would not look out of place at the bottom of the seas alongside those you so eagerly sought to murder.
