Call for Witnesses.

I am most pleased to receive the names of the judges. I have faith you'll all perform your role with wisdom and integrity. I expect that feel a twinge of disappointed at not being selected but it just so happens that I have an offer for you; I need witnesses.

I do not know how many I will be allowed to call, so those I select will be on the strength of their testimony. If interested, I'd love to sit down with you and have you regale me with your first-hand recollection of events.

In particular:

Those who can attest to Ms. Anchors' behaviour at the wedding.

Those who can attest to the behaviour of the waiters.

Those familiar with the note that was dropped or other sundry articles of the wedding such as the cake.

Those familiar with Four Winds and affiliated organizations.

Those who have first-hand knowledge of circumstances surrounding the hiring of Ms. Anchors or of Four Winds.

Those who got a really good look at the waiters. Bonus points if you saw the one of them post-mortem.

In the interest of a relatively swift order of proceedings, please do not delay or be shy.

I would be remiss to not invite those with a background in the fine art of skulduggery: the snoops, the sneaks, the investigators, the meddlers, and dare I say it, the spies. All those clandestine sorts who might want to weigh in a bit on this matter from a professional angle.

Attorney for Ms. Skye Anchors,
Countess Nezaya Visindi
Witch

Penned by my hand on the 13th of Phaestian, in the year 998 AF.
