I would first like to extend my gracious thanks to Dawnlord Aroan Shire for offering to host the coming tribunal within the walls of the Hearth, where we will be able to safely conduct our investigation into the guilt or innocence of Skye B. Anchors and render judgement accordingly.

Further, I want to thank everyone who applied to sit as an impartial judge. It warms my heart to know that so many of you are invested in getting to the bottom of this Four Winds business, as well as helping us to discover the extent of Miss Anchor's involvement in the disappearance of my Queen Mother's ring.

With that being said, I have rendered my decision and chosen the following individuals to sit upon our blessed tribunal: Sir Aodfionn Wintermourne, Lannisar Oenae, and Lady Tahquil Maris.

These individuals have been selected for their merit, experience, and perceived impartiality. In the coming months, we will work with these judges, the Hearth, and with the accused to set a date for the trial as well as to determine when Miss Anchors should surrender herself into custody.
