Tribunal Venue, Conditions

On behalf of Ms. Skye Anchors,
Ms. Anchors was not consulted in the choosing of this venue, but is very grateful for the hospitality of the Hearth. Her cooperation is subject to a handful of terms that I expect shall be found most reasonable. I remind, her participation has been voluntary.
1. We require the names of the appointed justices, as well as setting expectations regarding court procedures so that we may adequately prepare her defence.
2. Ms. Anchors has informed me that she is a formally declared enemy of the Hearth. This would need to be lifted at minimum for the duration of the proceedings. Given that it was the Hearth who requested the tribunal be held there, we request this is done without any form of fine or penance.
3. Under absolutely no circumstances will she be put into 'protective' custody or any form of remand during proceedings.
4. She will be defended from any attempt to do her harm by any individual, regardless of their citizenship or lack thereof. If she is attacked and her defender(s) kill the attacker, they have not committed a crime. The attacker will be given a just punishment for the attempted murder of a guest of the Dawnlord, with immediate enforcement. There will be no tolerance for any assault on her, even accidental.
5. Her supporters will not be barred from proceedings. She has mentioned her sister frequently, and a number of her God-Emperor's chosen. This is both for support, and frankly if condition 4 is broken. If we must alleviate a few enemy statuses, we can determine a reasonable number.
While there may be an initial bristle at the theme of these conditions, I will point out that she would be walking into hostile territory to stand tribunal far away from her peers. We respect the nobility of the Targossian guards and military, but we are justifiably concerned for her safety under these circumstances, and feel that the requests would be beneficial to ensuring fairness to my client.
I look forward to your reply.
