In support of justice within the Aalen

Sapience,

Let it be known that I have extended an invitation to King Tu'eras of the Aalen Kingdom to conduct his tribunal within Hallowed Targossas.

This invitation was made out of concern that the occupying force within the Aalen would introduce uncertainty to the proceedings were they conducted within his own borders, and it was issued with these conditions only: that the tribunal be organized and conducted in pursuit of the truth of the crime and charges in question, that sentencing is issued fairly in a manner that is consistent with his Kingdom's laws and traditions, and that any sentencing be per the advice of the chosen judges.

The invitation has been accepted.

Though conducted within Targossas' facilities, King Tu'eras' pursuit of justice will not be subject to any interference from the Hearth. Similarly, no interference from outside forces will be permitted. The proceedings will receive the full protection of Targossas' guards and army, and any verdict reached will be backed by the same.

In pursuit of justice,
Dawnlord Aroan Shire

Penned by my hand on the 15th of Valnuary, in the year 998 AF.
