Conquests and Liberations

To the Realm,

The Senate of Cyrene had declared a change in our policies revolving around the status of enemy concerning Conquests and Liberations.

No longer shall we enemy those that partake in such against our fair City and Imperial Army, and those that have only charges of liberation or conquest are welcome to pay their previous fines, without need to wait out any time limits imposed for their removal of said status.

Any raiding inside the City itself shall be treated still as a motion for enemy status, and shall be treated accordingly.

I note this to the public news so that going forward, those that would oppose us in our conquests shall not fear being enemied to the City itself, and to bring honourable conflict during the times of conquest and liberation.

May fortune favour those that are bold enough to stand against the Imperial Armies of Oceanus.

In Service,
Imperial Chancellor of Oceanus' Gate.

Penned by my hand on the 7th of Chronos, in the year 992 AF.
