For the past two decades, several citizens of the City of Hashan have been secretly building and using explosives in a premeditated and targeted effort to destroy the elder tree of the Northern Ithmia, the elder tree of the Western Ithmia, and the Village of Eleusis itself. In recent months, the exposing of their plot has turned their furtiveness to brazenness as they openly attack the forests and attempt to destroy all life within.

Despite diplomatic and martial attempts to prevent the destruction of the elder trees, the defenders of Nature have been forced to watch the continued unprovoked bombing of their homes.

For the high crime of attempted destruction of the elder trees, the following people are barred from entry into any forest:
Aina, Alania, Arcturus, Asmodron, Ehene, Ildiko, Minkai, Nezaya, Zargoth

Should any of the above enter any forest, they shall be slain on sight. No further warning will be forthcoming. Eleusian warriors will be patrolling the forests to enforce this travel ban.

This ban will remain in effect until such time as bombing activities in the forest are ceased. Those who wish to divest themselves from any involvement in the killing of the forests may appeal their status with whomsoever is the High Warden at the time of their appeal.

Travel remains unrestricted for uninvolved citizens of Hashan.
