As of this day, all who bear the citizenship of Hashan are forbidden from addressing me with anything but pleasant words and warm dispositions.

Those of tender years will be warned once and then charged with disturbing senior citizens and fruit tenders. Should they continue to besmirch my good, pure name, they will be declared my personal enemy without hesitation.

All others will be enemied immediately upon jibe, unfunny jest, or cruel jape.
